My name is Vivian Sullivan and I am Program Manager for OpEx Solutions. I have used Access from when it first came out (yes, I come from Generation DBase! 
). I have just come back to Acess because I went to PHP for many years, feeling it was more robust. I am currently using Access for a CRM application.
I work in the Advertising/Marketing Communications area of an operational excellence organization and have an MA in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
