What is Needed to Run an Access DB

Do you have to have access on your computer to run an access database? The reason I'm asking is that I've built a database for a non-profit organization and they don't have all that much money. So, if they don't have to buy access then it would be good for them. Thanks for any help.

I do believe you need the developers edition to do this..

If it is a non-profit organization, I would be surprised if somewhere in the rank and file you couldn't find a developer's edition for the runtime. Check with some of the churches, they might have a copy of the runtime you can use.
