40 landline phones irukku. We are switching to VOIP. Those 40 landlines are gonna useless. Any simple way to digitise it...?!!!

Probably not, unless you happen across an antiquated facility too poor to upgrade to digital. See if there is a technical school nearby that uses old phones like medical schools use cadavers. Give the students some practice on taking things apart.
