Hello Experts,

I have included a database that I hope illustrates what I am trying to achieve and what I have so far.

What I am trying to achieve on the line graph is to show whether the “whatif” pattern either adds to the overall supply OR subtracts from the overall supply.... the main blue line on the graph represents the overall supply.

What i am want to see is how the change of the pattern affects the overall supply ...

Table1 holds the individual patterns.
Flexi_BOS_Table holds the counts of the individual patterns across the a day in 15 minute intervals.
The Flexi_BOS_Table is not normalised.

If you look at the Example table , on 1/5/2015 an employee was originally scheduled to work until 22:00, but the "whatif" finishes says the pattern now would finish at 19:30.

What I am trying produce is the pink line to fall below the blue line in the time period the new “whatif” pattern would take affect.. see form

On the 7/5/2015, the employee was scheduled off (“O”) but has a “whatif” pattern to start a night shift (“N”) from 22:00 to 06:30... so this would raise the staff availability to plus 1 in that time period.

On the 29/5/2015, the employee is scheduled to start at 06:30, but wants to start at 22:00 instead, on the same day. The chart needs to show a minus 1 from overall supply from 06:30 until 13:30 but a plus 1 from 22:00.

Any suggestions as to how to develop what I have to achieve this goal greatly appreciated...

Continuation of PM in this thread instead:
I have problem to identify where your main problem is, maybe because I do not know which data sets are made manually, just to show what result you want to get.

So which of the tables in the database are real?
And which tables did you create or put in data manually?
