You can change the font and font size for query designer with File > Options > Object Designers > Query Design.

I turn 70 in a few days. Your comment prompted me to change this setting. Much better.
I used to copy mine into Notepad to see the SQL clearly if a long string. I am 69. :)
So thank you @June7

I occasionally use Notepad++ (free download) to display complex SQL because it has an SQL option. Don't see an option to set font size but it has a Zoom capability.

@June7 From Menu click
Settings - Style configurator ....

You have then 2 options. Changing the font and style for all languages (Global Styles) OR changing them per language.
But DON'T forget, When you change Global Styles, it won't be effective until you tick Enable global font check box too.
(Even if you click Save & Close)

No need to export lengthy query SQL to Notepad or Notepad++
Instead, when in SQL view, click Shift + F2 to open the Zoom window.

The font name/size etc can be set as required (at least in recent versions of Access)

Shift+F2 does not appear to work in 2007

It does ...but not in SQL View. If its any consolation, it doesn't work in SQL View in A2010 either.
Probably restricted to A2016 C2R or later

Yes, I meant in SQL view, I have used Zoom in other areas of Access.

I thought at first you could use an Autokeys macro to assign Shift+F2 to open the zoom box in code.
However, I don't think A2007 macros support the use of submacros which that would require.
Macros were significantly improved for A2010 and that approach would probably work in that version
