Have you ever notice when he was running all the movie stars, were all over him in every way possible. Now you don't see any of them even around him. Its like they buy the ticket to a movie but never go see it. This guy is a disgrace to the United States, and just to think I thought Carter was bad. Its really something to here Clinton call him liar, now you know its bad.

What I always find amazing is how gleefully Americans condemn their own politicians. You think Obama is a disgrace, and six years ago the other half thought Bush was a disgrace, and so on. To me the degree of polarization in the American political arena is the disgrace, and I think you contribute to that with a post like this.

You have expressed no substantive argument, nothing that can be discussed as informative or illustrative, and so nothing that can lead to any kind of solution to anything. What you're offering here is just more toxicity in an already poisoned pond.

lagbolt, I guess this is what freedom of speech is all about. Sure we condemn our politicians. This is my view, not speaking for all. If we have a bad politician we own up to it. Case in point just like Rob Ford the crack head Mayor from Toronto. I don't put my head in the sand and think the world is ok, like some people, of course not saying you. I don't think half of the Americans thought Bush was bad. I know they didn't like what he was doing in the time of war, but again that's me.

They are still out there, just in a bunker temporarily. The Washington Post has been blatantly pro-Obama. Recently, in the face of emerging avalanche of facts, the Post has grudgingly recognized the incompetence of the administration but continues to avoid directly pointing the finger-of-blame at Obama. Nevertheless, the Post perpetuates the myth that Obama is somehow not responsible.

I took my "healthful living" exercise walk. :) While walking, I saw a car that was plastered with pro-Obama stickers on it. What I found amusing was the bold over-sized sticker "Question Authority".

The irony, the Democrats like zombies just mindlessly follow the messiah. Even worse, dissent in the Democratic ranks appears suppressed. The Republicans on the other hand are in the midst of a ferocious internal "civil-war" because the established tired Republican leadership is being questioned and challenged by the newly elected Republicans. Hopefully, the revolutionary Republicans will continue to question and challenge the authority of the tired old leadership.

The car owner needs to ponder the implications of the sticker: "Question Authority". He/she may need to remove it.

I was never an Obama supporter. The Republican choices were not much better. I am hoping in the next election that maybe we can get a strong third party candidate.

KEVLARY, I concur the republicans better jump on board this time. They need some one that has some balls, and call it like it is. We are already a laughing stock of world. It just amaze me how one person can do so much harm in a very short amount of time.

Partisanship is a distraction and individual politicians have very little power, and make very little difference. What there is across the board is the corruption of huge money controlling the process. The United States at the current time is a government of the money, by the money, for the money.

And money has no conscience, so it is commonly cruel and controlling, and money is risk averse, so it does little to promote innovation.

Amazing in a country which claims to be the example of democracy, it would take a majority of voters to elect someone, yet suddenly a majority is claiming "I did not vote for him". Obviously folks are lieing and are just jumping on the popularity band wagon.

Not much of a democracy if there are only three parties officially permitted for federal representation: Democratic, Republican or Independent...

Technically the US is a Republic and the election of the President is by the Electoral College. Occasionally, the person running for President can win the popular vote, but lose in the Electoral College.

Unfortunately, you are quite correct that the US does not live up to being an example of democracy. Obama only won by a slim (popular vote) majority of 51% of the electorate. Many of the Obama sycophants went on to claim a dictatorial mandate ("We won, now get over it") based on that very slim popular voting lead. Given the concept of Democracy, one can't claim that winning gives them dictatorial control. Democracies are fluid. Now Obama appears to be losing many of those who voted for him as his deceit has been now exposed. So far the diehard sycophants refuse to accept the dimming of the messiah's light.

Not much of a democracy if there are only three parties officially permitted for federal representation: Democratic, Republican or Independent...
There are numerous other legitimate parties, like the Libertarian Party. The problems is that some of these smaller parties don't get "recognized" since they lack the required number of signatures to get on the voting ballots.

It seems to me that the last presidential election there were about six candidates for President. Of course there is always the write in vote. I think one year Snoopy got over a million votes.

Seems to be he inherited the biggest deficit in history after bush's war spending, the worst economic climate since the 1930's, a completely hostile opposition in the Republicans who have just tried to block every step he makes, a blatantly biased TV channel devoted to criticising his progress and championing the ridiculous 'tea party' philosophy, a culture of mistrust from fox news fueled GOP supporters who unable to openly attack him for the colour of his skin have taken to dismissing ever bill or speech as alternatively 'facist' or 'socialist' (they cant make their minds up) and two ongoing wars.

Despite all that he managed to drastically reduce Bush's deficit, somehow avoid another financial depression, bring in a health care system that will save millions of lives, championed social equality (This is what's really ticking them off) and got Osama Bin Laden. I guess I just don't get the hate.

So wrong. Obama has not reduced blame Bush's deficit. Obama increased deficit spending by co-opting blame Bush's irresponsible tax cuts. Obama once said that deficit spending was a failure in leadership. Obama, since getting elected has given up any pretense of working toward that goal.

Also the current reductions in deficit spending are in-spite of Obama, they are not the result of Obama's efforts. Obama proposed the sequester. He then attempted to deny that he was behind it. Then when it passed, he attempted to renege on it.

You complain, that the Republicans are obstructing Obama. Well the Democrats have done that too Republicans also. No insight here. Are you asserting that it is perfectly acceptable for Democrats to obstruct, but not Republicans?

So Fox News is non-stop anti-Obama propaganda. Again what is the insight here? Other media outlets both TV and print blatantly run pro-Obama propaganda.

You also left out Obama's "dirty" tricks to get the ACA passed, Obama deceived the American people for a least three years concerning their ability to keep their insurance, and Obama has misused the power of government to use the IRS to disenfranchise "right" wing groups. Not very honest, for a person who claimed to be "transparent" and "above politics".

You claim that the "right" is full of hate against the "left", but in your narrative you are expressing hate and disgust against the "Tea Party". So don't be blaming someone else for what you are doing. Look in the mirror.

And Here Ladies and Gentelmen, is what we call the the Kool-aid drinkers. Always plays the race card, still blaming Bush after this many years. Just remember who voted to pass all of Bush, deals. uh yes the Democrats. I guess you like a president who lies to you and you still think he is the great. At least when other presidents lied to us it was good for our safety. This ACR is just the tip of the iceberg, there is alot more to it. This guy has a agenda in mind. Its just hard for the kool-aid drinkers to see it.

The Republicrat parties are nothing but more of the same. Greed and money fed by corporations control both parties. We need a strong 3rd party to take the helm. We need to ban corporate endorsement in a political election. We need to open up Presidential debates to more than just the two parties, maybe by lowering the threshold on the poll numbers. It's ridiculous that these two parties have enough power to keep themselves from losing office by manipulating the system.

The Repulicants ignored and laughed off Ron Paul without even acknowledging him in many states. I loved watching the Primary when a few states made it a point to include his numbers. It was also blatent that the people running the Primaries were trying to push talk about him out. He also was supposed to have a "guaranteed" speech at the convention based on Republican rules, which he was denied. Republicans can't even follow their own rules. I'm a registered Republican and I will not vote Republican again as long as they have lost face of what they are supposed to stand for. This Republican party is false.

I'm voting third party EVERY chance I get if the candidate is viable. I will not vote based on a party. That's one thing that's DEFINITELY wrong with this country. People vote for ONE party only? Really? Why? Trust me when I say most Republicans in Florida are regretting Dick Scott taking office.

Yes I can say that very honestly "ARE SAFETY".

There will be no 3rd party president that's for sure. Not in our life time anyway. Every time you vote for a 3rd party you are throwing your vote out the door. I neither Rep or Dem. I vote for the person who can lead and not treat veterans like garbage. Obama is making a speech again today about the ACR, you can watch his nose grown again. Hey if you guys love him go for it, you are going to see what happens in the next election they are going fall like pins.:)

Absurd - "more then 2 parties" - that would make it closer to an actual democracy.

I'd rather vote for someone I believe in than a corporate puppet. There's no such thing as a lesser of two evils. Just evil.

Also, it's not throwing a vote away. Every time you vote for a third party candidate, you spark interest. Truth be told, in Florida, if you votes for Romney or Obama, you threw your vote away. The election had already been decided by the time they were counted. My vote still counted towards Gary Johnson's potential 15%, so that's something.

Both parties have been treating Veterans like garbage for a long time.
