Where to buy MSSQL and which version? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I need to buy MSSQL to install on dedicated web server. Any suggestions which version to buy. I have seen Prices from $1500 to $8000 for 5 CALs.

Its very confusing Can someone please help.
