Where to find VBA programming basics ?

Hi, does anybody know where I can have a look to get the fundamentals of vba programming. I'm titting around with stuff I've found on the forum here (all very good by the way), but I don't know, or moreso can't work out, exactly what the language is telling the magic box of tricks to do.
