Which event captures moving between records?

Hello once more!

I have one question, which I feel it would be certainly answered about somewhere, so if it is so please show me the way and thanks for your patience.

In a form that shows records, is there a way to capture the event of moving between records?
Even if no data has been entered/altered.

I think the "On Current" event handles that.
