Who got "the last word.."

I'm writing a SQL statement in VBA and save it with a CreateQueryDef, but when I look at it (the SQL's) in the QBE then the sequence of the fields has changed. It's a INSERT statement but I don't know if it's makes a different.

Can anyone explain me what is deciding the sequence of the GROUP BY fields??
