Why Isn't My Copy and Paste Working? (1 Viewer)

Intermittently I have this problem where access tells me that the action cannot be completed.

Sometimes it works and sometime a sign comes up which does not permit cut and paste entries.

We work on a network with Windows Server 2012 R2 and Office 365 It is in Access for Office were we are having the problem.

We are Cutting and pasting text from outside of access (Word) and trying to paste into a long text field on a form. 8/10 it works but then we have a problem.

Is there anyone out there that has found a solution for this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
