Wierd Request

I have a form that a user fills out the information and selects the email button to send it on. Once it's sent, I want to delete that record so it always shows a new record. I do not want it to retain any information.

Any ideas on how to do this??

Various ways to do that... Most simple, I believe is this one:

Enable the record selector, then use
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSelectRecord
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdDeleteRecord

Eventually use SetWarnings to disable the confirmation message (beware of users accidentally deleting records if you do that, and do not forget to re-enable warnings immediatly after the deletion)
