I created a database in Office 2000 from a Template. Recently I changed over to Office 2003 and when I opened the database with Access 2003 and wanted to view a report I got an error stating: Microsoft Office Access can't open the file WINSPOOL.DRV

I have tried to fix this by converting the database to Access 2003 format and by installing the latest Office updates from the Microsoft site but none of these worked. Can someone please help

It looks like problem with the printer or windows print spooling system, not with Ms Office.
