Does anyone know a way of using multiple .mdw files through Windows 2003 rdp connection. One workgroup file is working and was pointed to via the wrkgadm.exe file but there is no option to point to many .mdw files. I have other on the same terminal server that make use of .mdw workgroup files but there is not option to allow these to function over what is essentially one load of access.

Thanks

I'm not quite sure why you need to do this, since you can create groups within the same security file and have multiple databases access the same security file. Also having 1 security file makes sense from a management point of view if you have to maintain users and passwords.

If you really need to use multiple mdw files on the same terminal server.... on the client pc, in client connection manager (program tab) edit the program which launches the access application followed by the database and include a command line switch /wrkgrp followed by the path to your mdw. Dont forget if your path contains spaces to put quotes around it.

Hope that helps

Paul
