Would like to know if I can do this

I have a form that has 2 fields (Quantity) and (Description).

Description gets it data from a popup form that inserts it in to the field
Now I need to insert a calculation in to the field

What I need is a way to multiply the (Quantity) by 37.5 and insert it in to the field like the following #### is where I need to insert the calculation.

(####’) F2 1.24” Rods
