Wow. Could be considered excessive, I mean the guy was trying to flee. I agree he shouldn't have been stealing.

The ONLY reason this isn't making national headlines is because the shop owner isn't white, the thrives appear to be (white) and no gun was involved.

The video I saw showed the thieves going into the store with guns (the second one never quite got the door). After the thief was shot, They jumped in the car (one almost got left behind).
