Writing QueryDefs

I am writing a querydef and am getting the run-time error '2001'. There is nothing in help on what this run-time error is. Could someone help me out and let me know.

2001 Means Operation was cancelled
or
You cancelled the operation.
or

You canceled the previous operation

Not a lot of help really

Does anyone know how I can tell where the operation is being cancelled? I am trying to make a querydef which selects some fields from a table. The fields have to meet certain criteria in the Having row of the syntax.

"HAVING (([Table.Field_1]="& "'c'")& " AND ([Table.Field_2]=2));"

This is kind of the syntax I have. It is not exact.
