Wrong Box On Form Attached To Wheel Ball

I have one form which is created from one table.

I open the form and if i scroll with the mouse it doesnt move through records, it stays on the first record but amends the details for that record in the second box.

any idea how i can set the scroll mouse function to browse through the records rather than the project box, which amends which project that record is ascoiated with.

Sorry mate i may not have explained well enough but you have missed the point entirely.....

Yes it scrolls... I know...

But it scrolls throught the field called "Project Number"
You see the top field called "Contract Number"

When you scroll the contract number stays the same, but it scrolls through "Project number" therefore amending what project number is ascociated with the "Contract Number". Which is totally not what i want....

What i want is when you scroll it scrolls through the "Contract Number" and not the "Project Number"

Any way I've fixed this problem now, the form was set up wrong
