Wrong Date Format

When i enter a date in Access it keeps changing it to a mm/dd/yyyy format whereas i want it as standard dd/mm/yyyy.

My local regional settingas are fine, but in Access they aren't

Any ideas anyone!?!?

If you are using a date in VB then it does need to be in the US format.

No it is simply not displaying correct. When i was on Win2000 it was fine but since ive come on to WinXP it has changed.

Its doing my head in!!!

Are you absolutely sure your regional settings are correct? check the display format
