Years & montsh question

Here is my problem:

I have a date field (eg 01/10/1999)
I can calculate the number of days from today i.e "=Date()-Date Field" result = 1889 days

I can work out how many years ago that was i.e 1889 /365.25 = 5.204
i can also work out how many monhs ago that was i.e 1889 / 30.25 =62.446

but what I would really love to do is separate years and months i.e 5yrs 2 months and round them up or down accordingly!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you looked at the DateDiff function?
