Yes/No and charts

I have a select query that sums the yes/no data from a table by month and year, Im only interested in the yes (-1).
Now I need to use this data in a chart but as it sums, all the numbers are negative giving for example -7 for june and this makes the bars on the chart go down. How can I get it so the bars go up as if the yes data was 1?

Well you can look into the count functions built into Access.
But if it were me, and it's already working the way you want and you just want to remove a minus... In the query design view... for your field that is being sumed... in the part that lists the field name just type * -1 after it....
