YES/NO Data Type

hi Mates!

I have made two forms, one for data entry and second one for dispalying my records in tabular form(non editable). I have one field "YES/NO" data type, while entering information, if I got complete information, then I will check my "YES/NO" field and if incomplete information, then I don't click check button.

What i am looking, when I display all information in my second form, the only incomplete information should be in red color. So i can follow for incomplete information.

Can anyone please tell me on which event I should right my codes.

Have a look at my attached sample.

When you open the frmView you will see that DataID has either white or red background (White if check box is "Yes" and Red if "No").

Open this form in design view select DataID, then select Conditional Formatting from the Format menu, this will show you how it works.
