I have two queries which are almost identical and both based on the one tbl. with fields duplicated in both queries The main two are [Kgs] and a check box [YesOrNo]. One qry shows all the check box Yes selections and the other shows qry the No's. What I need to do is total the [Kgs] in each qry (not too hard) then compare the totals in a Rpt. What I'm not sure of is the path I should follow to get the two total Kgs either in the same Qry or on the same Rpt. If the Kgs can be totaled based on Yes & No's in one Qry I would do that if it isn't too complicated. Any suggestions before I take the plunge?

Thank you for your tip. I think you might have misunderstood what I need to do or I misled you. I need to sum (as opposed to count) the [Kgs] field in two ways;
1. When the Check box is Yes I want to sum all Kgs with YES selected
2. When the Check box is No I want to sum all Kgs with NO selected
Note:: I do not want to sum all kgs, just the ones associated with yes and no, as in each case.
