you do not have the necessary permissions error

Ok so I have a database that I created. I have the .mdw, .mdb, .snp, and the .bak file. I attempted to clear the password to the user accounts. After doing so I no longer have access to the database. I have tried everything that I know how to do to resolve it. I also back the database up prior to making the changes, however I get the same error message (you do not have the necessary permissions to use the .mdb object) with the backup files as well.

I really need help with this one. Please I'm willing to try anything at this point. If anybody have any ideals please let me know.
