I have 2 questions, that im sure are simple to someone on here, but i can not get them to work.

1.
I have a report where sometimes the values are zeros, is there a way just to hide the value if its a zero? some reports have alot of zeros.

2.
I have a Footer called TruckNum Footer, in the footer it sums up abunch of different colums. In this footer i have 15 summed up numbers. Is there an easy way to sum up all those 15 summed up numbers?
example:
=Sum([Brakes]) + =Sum([Major_Engine_Work])???

Thanks

1) Look at help on the format property of the textbox. For numeric values, it can have 4 parts, one of which is if zero.

2) Offhand, I can't think of an easier way, unless a control loop would work on a report. Never tried one.

Ok, on my 2nd question:

WOuld i jsut add another textbox or what would i do, i cant get it to work?

A textbox with either

=Textbox1 + Textbox2 ...

if you already have them summed in textboxes or

=Sum([Brakes]) + Sum([Major_Engine_Work])

Thanks i got my 2nd question working.

I dont see a help on my format property of the textbox? or where should I look? Also i dont get what you mean 4 parts, and one is a zero?????

Does this help?
