Is it possible to make the Access Zoom box any bigger?

You might be able to do it using a couple of API Declarations based around the hWnd property of the Zoom Box's window.

To do it though would probably require some complicated coding and I don't know what level your coding skills are at, and I'm just leaving work for the day to go get absolutely drunk.

If you really have to do it, do a search on hWnd on this site, and you might find a lot more Window specific information by searching this site.

Create your own form to look the same as the zoom box.
I'm trying to find the code to reference the field where the form gets the data from / sends it to but my pc is acting up and giving me the sh!ts. Will keep trying.
