After I save information on my forms page, they save into my client reports.
If i wanted to then open up one of these previously saved forms i made, how can i get them to open back up in my forms?

Basically, how do i open the data i saved in the same format i created it in?

You've got --- Qty 1, Qty 2, Qty 3, etc as columns in your table... That's no good!

His recommendation was to have a child table for your line items, not multiple separate tables.

In your order file, you would have a unique ID.
In your line item file, you would have fields for quantity, description, and unit price. (NOTE: Amount is simply quantity * price, so no need to store it). In addition you would have a copy of the Order's ID so you can relate it back.

Your order form would then have a subform with the line items on it. This would allow you to have one record per line item that is filled in. You would then be able to have more than 10 line items on the same order.
