Solved how to grouping data based on the value of checkbox

Halo Friends,

I want to make a report based on the Value of checkbox and the sample of my data is on my attachment (Sampel)

and the report that I wish to show is like the pic (Sampel2)


please give me some advice

use a criteria -

WHERE [Spoiled]=True

create a Query out of your table:

select *, Switch([Spoiled], "Spoiled", [FOC], "FOC", [ENT], "ENT", TRUE, "Other") As Status From your table.

create a report out of this query and Group by Status.

goodluck, if you can "normalized" your table (status should only have 1 column), then it would be great
for you.
