Pop out form NOT full screen

I have a pop out form which fills the full screen but it is unnecessary. I tried messing about with form properties to change this setting but doesn't change. Also tried adjusting width but always changes back to 18 cm. Not sure why!
Can anyone suggest how I can modify this please?

Do you have AutoResize set to Yes or No?

Better. but how do I change the width to appropriate size?

Also one trick. If you have a sizeable form you may have to do a minor edit like move a control a nudge before saving.

Its a form with datasheet view though so doesn't really work. But still not having any change on form.
Have used insideHeight in the onLoad event. Is there an equivalent for width?
