If I have a customer database... Can I send a WhatsApp message to all customers at once from an Access Form?

Does WhatsApp offer an API you can use?

Go to your favorite browser and type in this search string: "send whatsapp message from access vba"

I got several YouTube videos and a Git Hub response from that string. Somewhere in those search results you should find something useful.

And at least two or three of the responses WERE specific to Access.
