I’m a bit confused—I’ve always thought there were only two genders. Is this simply a misunderstanding about how the term gender is being used?
From watching Dr. Jordan B. Peterson, I gather there are dozens of pronouns—perhaps 70 or more—that people can choose to describe their identity. I’ve heard of “zee” and “zer,” but there seem to be countless others.
I understand why the gender issue has brought this video into the spotlight. Still, I think the core problem lies in the clash between the student and the teacher. The student comes across as stubborn and disruptive in class, and that seems to be the real reason for the exclusion.
