Problem is, neither side wants to admit they have been played
I've been intentionally exercising my Honesty muscles recently by admitting that I'm more disallusioned with Trump than I used to be - i.e, the gist of saying "I was wrong" to a certain degree. I go by percentages, so if I used to be 95% supporting of Trump, I"m down to about 56%.
You won't get that kind of honesty from most Maga's. If I do say so myself! [pats self on back]

That explains the reason for your lack of information about Charlie Kirk. But nevertheless, the evidence is in AB's post, waiting to be seen.
I am really enjoying all the wailing and gnashing of teeth of the people who lost their jobs due to their remarks on Social Media.

Watching cancel culture being practiced on those who invented it is very satisfying.

I was reading today some comments in the Guardian about how X became full of fascist comments as soon as Elon Musk took it over. Yet all I saw was the previously suppressed conservatives being able to now voice their opinion. Or in other words, if you have conservative values, you are by default a fascist. How on earth do you bridge that divide with reason?

The whole facscism thing as far as I can tell is based on the masses of unsuccessful people (%-wise, mostly unsuccessful b/c of their own series of personal mistakes or poor decisions - Including Myself during many times in my life when I was struggling, it was rarely anyone else's fault) - just falling into what those people naturally always do - want to blame someone else. So the tendency is to blame the rich for the condition of the poor. It's human nature. And has about as much to do with reality as a chocolate fireman.

That's it. That's the sum of the whole "fascist" complaint. Struggling people complaining that it's the rich people's fault.

And this isn't to say I don't have compassion for people - heck, people had compassion for me when I struggled, and I'm glad for it. But it doesn't change the WHY or the HOW - the Why they say that, and the How to get better. It still is what is is.

Once again, something the left started to get at the right bites them on the arss!

Then there is that old adage, "What goes around comes around." And there is the older Biblical adage, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Gosh, I guess the leftists didn't read the Bible for advice.

That is exactly how I think too. Percentage confidence in my belief.
