How many "boxes" do you plan on having on the form?

Col

The products may change every month thats why i want them in one table ..
And i want to calculate random product 3 + product 4 + product 56 = When i press sum i want to print the sum in details....

Afterwards i d like to make it more complex .... like if i press product 1 + product 22 + product 56 and the product 22 is pressed by mistake i want if i can to delete the last 2 actions.....but this is after i achieve the first task.

Having 100 boxes on a form is not the way to go.

You are therefore going to have 100 fields at least in your table. You are thinking of a spreadsheet type of design, you need to think of a relational database design. You need to have a table like this

ID. . . .OrderDate. . . . .AnotherField. . . . . .ProductID

124......16/07/07. . . . . .something. . . . . . .21
175. . . .15/07/07. . . . . something. . . . . . .17
etc

You need to read up about "normalisation" and also "multi-select list boxes"

Have your products in a 'Product' table, have an Autonumber to index the products then have the description. Always store the ProductID in the order table - not the description.

Calculating is the least of your worries right now. As Colin says, you need to set up your table as he describes. Once you do that, then ask the calculation question.

I correct it a little bit ....
So from now on ....... How can i continue...??? How can i make the boxes to give sum to the right bottom button?? See the attached file

Macro HELP

I have read about macro and VBA ... I changed path and i achieved something!!!

Now i have questions to make in the programming part ....

Does anyone has the knowledge to help me with this functions??

Thanks !!!

i want to calculate the same product 2 times or more not one like now

You still have 48 buttons on the form. . . . what are they all for? not 48 different products are they?

You do the calculation like they do on the internet.

Select the product from a drop down list then enter the quantity - then say OK, then select another product from the drop down list, enter the quantity etc etc. Then you build the order like that.
