Convert querys to views

Is there a tool that converts Access querys (jet syntax) to sql views and procedures (sql server syntx)?

You should be able to use the Upsizing wizard (Tools > Database Utilities > Upsizing Wizard) to do that.

Is there any other tool? Upsizing wizard can not translate any query that contains form field as a condition - for example.

not that I'm aware of. For those you would need to remove the conditions as you can't use them in stored procedures as is either. You will need to modify them to accept parameters anyway. So, you will have to do some manual work but it's up to you as to how much.
