Im really new to Access and falling asleep while my teacher was guiding us about the basics of Access wasnt the best idea either. So right now, im having a exam where i have to create a database. I will be using a example title just in case my teacher is from this forum too ..

Lets say that i am creating a database for this large shop that sells toys and has several outlets around the city. So my database is for the smaller outlets to "order" toys from the factory(?) or something. So my question is...

What kind of tables should i create ? ( 3 tables min. )
Should i create a Outlet, Order, Order record tables ?

Giving a few examples of the records would help too ...

Thanks to anyone who helps .... im freaking nervous right now ...

We don't do your homework on this this site.
I suggest you pay attention next time.

We don't do your examinations on this this site.
I suggest you pay attention next time.

You are not doing my examination !! That question is a question i made up myself ... i just wanted some advice and answer my questions ....

without being rude ..
forget it - this is a forum for help yes - but you hav'e applied yourself on this -
read a book Access Bibles ones will sort this ..

I was so sleepy that day, i cant help it ... also i tried reading some website and tutorials but i cant find anything specific about my problem...

Look ... i regretted not paying attention that day, im struggling with school right now, please have a kind heart and answer my questions

Why don't you post up what you have made so far. Just "zip it" and attach.

Or go to Help on Access and search on Tables. Heaps of stuff.

Or search the Tables forum of this site. You find threads/postings ranging from simple stuff though to headache material:)

The problem you have is demanding as in ASAP and your classmates will be burning the midnight oil as has everyone here.

To get help on these forums you need to get some basics under your belt otherwise it is a real drawn out procedure.

Thank lord, at least some warm response ...

Caution - You know not whom you're pal'n with. You'll be a macro maniac if you're not careful ... :)

(Sorry Mike, I just couldn't help me self :) )

As the saying goes, "you snooze, you lose."

Digitalised, you should not be surprised if you do not receive a generally warm response to your post in this forum. The general User base here is made up of people who worked hard to get where they are, legitimately. Unfortunately, the job market in this field is polluted with people who got where they are by cheating on their homework/exams and who have no true-to-life database application knowledge or experience. This makes it more difficult for those of us who got where we are, legitimately, to find work in this area. As such, we are not prone to be positively receptive to such posts as yours.
