I'm looking for a free UI Builder to develop my interface. I now there is UI Builder on opensource which cost 99$.Is there any similar development tools which are free. If any body can give me tips on creating a userface that has a good look and feel to it.Any resources I can use to develop my UI. And any colorcodes I anyone can give that I can mix up that is easy on the eyes.
