Granted, however the first post specifically asked about Tabbed forms so I just wanted to clarify exactly which we are dealing with.

They are on two different forms that both have their own tables and both fields are called Amount.

Having said that which table has the superior value? and why are you saving the data twice? Can you not correlate the data using relationships? Doing this not only defies normalisation but leads to complications, similar to what you are experiencing.

I need it to store the info on a form, and as 9/10 the recurring charges will also be the same value as the monthly invoice instead of adding the data twice i wanted to be able to check a box if it was the same value instead of duplicating. I understand the problems with duplicated data but i do need this information stored twice on the form whether or not i have to add the data twice.
