    ok, sorry I have set the conditions in access wizard so that the "Field Value is " "Equal to" "Acceptable" If the field then matches this criteria it fills it green, or should.

    That may be a problem, I am not very good with access and used the report wizard, i then selected the field in design view and set the field values to equal Major, Minor and Accept.

    Sequencing issue

    Hi All I have created a database that has a field for section number. Within this field there are numbers from 5.1 through to 15.1. However the records are displayed with either 10.1 at the top or 9.1 if sorted. Is there a way of getting 5 to appear at the top ? Thanks Anthony

    I was looking for something a little simpler, the forms will be read only so they need to be populated from the table, therefore in the risk indicator section if i have put an "R" the box on the form shows red "A" for Amber and "G" for green. Is this possible ? Anthony
