Hi, I've converted the same database to accde before, no problems. This time I updated it, and cant convert. I've done the debug---compile, and it won't let me anymore. Its apparently flawless. Any ideas why it won't let me? Its giving me the 'this usually happens with large databases...

Is it possible to lock a single record so that it is used as a template? I have almost 500 records, and I just want to lock the 1st one so that when it pops up, the text isn't editable, but when another record is pulled up, the new record is editable. Thanks!
