OLE or Atatchment pop up? (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to have an OLE or atatchment just pop up with an associated record, or do you have to double click on it no matter what?

I have multiple records with data that pops up like normal when I use my record selector, but I'd love to have a picture ID for each one that would automatically load and be previewed when its selected.
