There are 2 groups in report, I need to have show subtotal and grand total. How to do?

Group 1: SubTotal
ControlSource : =sum(OutQty)
RunningSum: OverGroup

Group 2: GrandTotal
ControlSource : what key in ? Any advice ?
RunningSum: what to choose?

Generally you wouldn't need the running sum property. A textbox with a control source of

=sum(OutQty)

would show each group's total when placed in the group footer, and the overall total when placed in the report footer.

I cannot put this under the report footer, the grand total is for the 2nd group.
There is another grand total to show all the final result.

For the better illustration, click the attachment below which show to u the 2 major group, known as Process and Machine.
Process is indicated as 1st Group, whereas Machine is indicated as 2nd Group.

What formula are you using for GrandTotal?

It would help if you could post the db, or a sample of it.

Sorry for not able to upload the DB here due to the many link tables and the large DB size.

However, I attach few screen shoots n do hope it is sufficient to give a clear illustration.

Let me know if you need further info.

Same as Group 1.

ControlSource : =sum(OutQty)
RunningSum: OverGroup

You can check the attachment I have just uploaded for better illustration.
