The organization I have been developing for is in the process of migrating from Office 2003 to Office 2010. It's a large organization, and thus I'm unable to convert my Access databases into a 2010 format without leaving a large number of folks behind -- and I'm not in I/S so I can't exactly upgrade folks myself. I need to work with what I've got.
I have a number of forms, macros, and queries which are run in my databases. I'm noticing that Access 2010 sometimes "hangs up" and stops responding when processing something on a form, whereas Access 2003 would have no problem executing the same series of steps.
Is there something I can do to my database to prevent the "hang-ups" while still allowing 2003 users to be compatible as well?
