you will be needing Adobe Acrobat Pro to fill those fillable pdf.
if you can post a sample pdf, so i may test the fieldnames of the form.
then i will give you back the names of the fields so that you can fill
them with correct fieldname from your table.

this is a sample pdf that i have worked before.
it has 528 fillable fields (pdf_fields on table pdfFields)and i extracted their names.
only few fields (map_fields) are of use to the client.

The other way I am thinking is doing something that allows the database to fill in the PDF for me. I am not sure how to accomplish this one, but if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
Hi. Also, you might want to take a look at my PDF demoes.

Hi, @theDBguy, I came across your DBs demos a little while back, but it is not exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the reply though.
AArnelgp, I just started my days off, but I will be back at work on Tuesday-Wednesday, and I can upload those specific PDFs at that time. I know we use Adobe Acrobat DC pro at work. Also ty for the replies.
Okay, good luck. Please let us know how it goes.
