on the 1st day of each month, print only the Previous month record, is that right?
how about on "other" days? show all records?

open test form and click "all in one"
it will open "rptCasesCount22" report.
if you open rptCasesCount22 in design view you will see
a code on the Load event of the report.

If you are using a button on a form to print the report, add two controls for a date range. Populate them by default with the current month's dates. On the first, you can default to the previous month. Otherwise, user can override dates to see whatever he wants to see. That way you only need ONE report

on my opinion, you need to convert those "text" fields to numeric fields (long integer).
