A Question about printing

Hi guys
i hope that this thread finds you all well
i have a report displays cards . the next task for me in the company is to make the report print on a real card printer named (EDI Secure DCP 360i) one by one
i adjusted the report to fit for one card each page . but i still cannot print on that card printer.

Any Suggestions or help ?? i need to understand how to link the access to that printer

when you say "cannot print on that card printer" what do you mean exactly. When you try to print are you able to select that printer, if so what happens when you try to print.
It may be that this network printer is not installed on your machine
