Access 2007 Report Problems

I am really frustrated at Aceess 2007, especially the Reports. I created a new form but it won't let me move the data fields and field headings around like I want. If I drag one the other come with it. If I try to drag the heading from the page header to the group header it won't let me. If I resize one heading field it resizes all the heading fields. If I try to delete a heading field it also deletes the data field the heading is associated with. All these things I use to do in Access 2003 with no problem so I was able to make my report look the way I wanted. I tried creating the report as an Access 2003 report but that does not work.

Any help is deeply appreciated.

Jim,

The control are getting grouped. You will need to ungroup them.

To ungroup controls

1. Click any control in the group.
2. On the Format menu, click Ungroup.

Select all the controls, right click and select Layout/Remove.
