Question Access 2010 Date() Problems

I have a number of databases, created in 2007 version, that do NOT work 100% properly in 2010 after upgrade:-
1. 'Date()' function, for insertion of current system date, NO longer works in MANY Tables / sheets.
2. It DOES still work in some others!

This is just one of many problems I have had with MS Office after upgrading (no surprises there!)

Have any of you had similar problems?

Any clues?

Date() works. There is probably another issue going on.

The problems I have are DIRECTLY due to 2010 upgrade - it does NOT always work
