Access and Outlook/Exchange

I have searched the forums and did not see the question I am about to ask.

I have created a link table in Access to the exchange server at work. When I try to get someone to view the table I created they can not view it. When I look at the Link Table Manager it shows the link is pointing to my personal temp directory instead of the main folder in exchange. How do you link the table to a folder that all can see?

It is hard to believe that the two questions that I have asked have been that hard that no one has a clue or is it that the questions are too easy?

It could be that not many have done what you're doing. That's one that I haven't see much on at all in my many years here.

Maybe you would be so kind to post HOW you fixed your problem so anyone following would be able to get the answer, AND some of us can learn something new.
