Please help me.
Many users from the same computer have access to the database. How it is possible to distinguish access rights (administrator, operator, guest) between them?.

Workgroup Security

Irina LC,
...Have you ever tried Workgroup Security? Access has an easy to use workgroup security wizard and it will allow you to create specific access per user or per group. I use it on a few databases I have on a network here so that only specific users can perform specific functions. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Hope This Helps Some:),

Hi roystreet,

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I have tryed the Workgroup Security. But I couldn't (with that option) determine access rights for users that use the same computer. I don't know what to do......

FOSUserName() gives you the Users network login name

Environ("UserName") does the same thing without all the code
