A final note to this subject
Reading on the web I learned that Access.exe and Runtime.exe share the same name and that’s why in my files association it was shown MSAccess but that was the runtime.exe.
Last night I first did the commands as described above but did not work. Then I said lets try the %1 parameter to see what will happen. The messages I got when I tried to open an .accdb was that there is no file association for this extension and had to press repeatedly the enter button to get rid of the messages. To my opinion, using the command with the %1 parameter removed any association for .accdb files and after when I re did the commands without the %1 parameter it associate the .accdb with MSAccess.
